Privacy in a Digital Age

You may have heard of the new data privacy act regulations that come into force this week. I've spent this morning trying to make sense of all the gobbledegook on the subject, and am proud to say that I now qualify for a degree in digital law. From a Feng Shui perspective, this sort of thing can impact on us in the form of stress. a constant modern issue. My way of dealing with this was to make the Privacy Policy as succinct as possible, and with a relevant and pretty picture to boot. Have a look at it if you like. It's a good example of killing ch'i, due to all the straight lines, whereas this footpath here - taken by the Merry Maidens stone circle yesterday - has a much healthier, meandering, gentle approach. It's all about slowing down. For the same reason I have a very primitive mobile phone.

From what I understand - with my new two hours' lawyer's degree - it is not necessary for you to resubscribe or anything if you wish to continue receiving the blog and other news items, but if you do perchance wish to unsubscribe please click on the link below this email to do so.

Thus we have it: 'if you get lemons, make lemonade', as the saying goes. By facing this unavoidable stint of bureaucracy in as creative and colourful a way as possible, I have managed to make it just that bit more pleasant, for me as well as, I hope, for you! Take it easy now.
